These Billing Terms govern the payment, subscription, and refund terms for the Ammora service at getammora.com. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Subscription Plans
Ammora offers subscription-based access to personalized numerology readings and related features. Our subscription structure is as follows:
- Trial offer: A 7-day trial at an introductory price, as displayed on the checkout page at the time of your purchase. Trial pricing typically ranges from $1.99 to $9.99 depending on the offer available to you.
- Monthly subscription: After the trial period, your subscription continues at the standard rate of $29.99 per month.
The specific trial price applicable to your subscription is displayed clearly on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
2. Trial Period
Your 7-day trial period begins on the date of your initial purchase. During the trial period:
- You have full access to all premium features and content included in your subscription plan.
- You are charged only the introductory trial price shown at checkout.
- If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged the monthly subscription fee.
- The trial period is 7 calendar days from your date of purchase, regardless of your usage during that time.
3. Automatic Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews to ensure uninterrupted access to the Service. Here is how automatic renewal works:
- At the end of your 7-day trial period, your subscription automatically renews at the standard monthly rate of $29.99 per month.
- Each subsequent month, your subscription renews automatically on the same date as your initial post-trial charge.
- You will receive an email notification before your first automatic renewal charge.
- Automatic renewal continues until you cancel your subscription.
By subscribing, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew and that your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4. Payment Method
All charges are billed to the payment method you provide at checkout. By entering your payment information, you authorize Ammora to charge the applicable fees to your card on file, including the trial fee, monthly subscription fees, and any applicable taxes. If your payment method expires or is declined, you are responsible for providing updated payment information. We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
5. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time using either of the following methods:
- Email: Send a cancellation request to support@getammora.com. Please include the email address associated with your account. Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours.
- Account settings: Log in to your Ammora account and navigate to your account or subscription settings to cancel directly.
Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to all premium features through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after your cancellation is processed. Cancellation does not provide a prorated refund for the remaining days of the current billing period.
6. Refund Policy
Ammora provides personalised digital content that is generated and delivered immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving instant access to digital goods and services.
- Trial fee: The introductory trial fee is non-refundable, as it grants immediate access to your personalised reading and all premium features. Your reading is custom-generated using your unique numerological data at the time of purchase and cannot be returned or resold.
- Subscription charges: All recurring subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Cancellation as remedy: If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may cancel at any time via email to support@getammora.com or through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
- Exceptions: Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion for technical issues that prevented delivery of the Service (e.g., the reading was not generated or access was not granted). To report a technical issue, email support@getammora.com within 48 hours of purchase.
By purchasing, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that this constitutes a waiver of any cooling-off period that may otherwise apply under applicable consumer protection law, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Failed Payments
If a scheduled payment fails, the following process applies:
- We will automatically retry the charge up to three times over the following 7 days.
- You will receive email notifications about the failed payment and instructions for updating your payment method.
- If all retry attempts fail, your subscription may be suspended and access to premium features may be restricted until a valid payment method is provided.
- Accounts with prolonged payment failures may be cancelled, though you can resubscribe at any time.
8. Price Changes
Ammora reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing. If we increase the price of a subscription plan, we will provide you with at least 30 days' written notice via email before the new price takes effect. The updated price will apply starting with your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new rate takes effect. Continuing your subscription after being notified of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the updated pricing.
9. Statement Descriptor
Charges from Ammora will appear on your credit card or bank statement as "GETAMMORA.COM" or a similar variation. If you do not recognize a charge on your statement and believe it may be from Ammora, please contact us at support@getammora.com before initiating a dispute with your bank. We are happy to help identify and resolve any billing questions.
